It’s well known that diet and physical activity are key to good health and living a long life. However, there’s a lot of confusing and misleading information out there about nutrition and health, making it hard to know what’s true. Also, we often know what we should do to improve our health, but making those changes can be hard.
We are here to make your health journey easier and more effective.
We are dedicated to providing the latest research on health, aging, and managing chronic diseases. We offer simple, proven strategies for making healthy lifestyle changes, and we help you track your progress. Why Choose Us?
Research shows that nutrition counseling is very effective for improving health, body shape, and quality of life. It’s also recognized as a first-line approach in the management of many chronic diseases. Also, working with a fitness trainer can also help clients stay motivated, feel confident, and use safe exercises to prevent and manage diseases, age healthily, and feel their best.
By working with us, we can help make lasting, positive changes to your health using proven strategies.
At Longitude, we use the latest research to teach clients about healthy habits and help them make positive changes. We are not doctors, and we don’t treat diseases, but we can guide people to make better choices that can improve their health and overall wellbeing.
We offer both one-on-one and group sessions. One-on-one sessions help clients set personal health goals, create a custom plan, track progress, and make adjustments. Group sessions are also helpful, as they provide a supportive community, allow clients to connect with others facing similar health challenges, and offer a cost-effective way to stay connected to a helpful network.
We can help build healthy lifestyles around a variety of health concerns, including overweight, obesity, prediabetes, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid, autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia, IBS, PCOS, mental health, and aging.
